Combe Hay supports the Dancing for Dignity campaign with 2 events
Dancing for Dignity is a campaign whose core values are about having dignity in our hearts, minds and actions, changing the culture of care services and placing a greater emphasis on improving the quality of care and the experience of citizens using services including NHS hospitals, community services, care homes and home support services.
Combe Hay recently supported this campaign with a well received demonstration of Irish Dancing performed by members of the local Doyle Academy of Irish dance on Monday 8th October. Dressed in superb brightly coloured costumes, the youngsters brought much pleasure to our residents.
Then on Monday 22nd October the children from the ‘Little Footsteps Nursery’ entertained us after which they mingled with the residents which, as you can see from the photographs, was loved by all.
